Shipping Policy

Please allow for 1-2 business days for us to process your order, however our policy for shipping products can change based on the nature of the type of product, government regulations, and promotions being run at the time of your purchase.  Please see below for further details:

***COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS & INFORMATION***

Due to COVID-19, please be advised that while most shipments are now being delivered without issue, there are occasions when shipments are delayed which are out of our control due to carrier limitations or the area you are located.

In our experience, most delays are through basic ground shipping, especially with US Postal Service (First Class Shipments).  Please check with carrier's for more information.

• Free/Discounted Shipping Promotions: When an order qualifies for a current shipping promotion, we will use the best available rates given to us.  If an order delivery is needed sooner, you may select and pay for expedited shipping options at your discretion.
• ORM-D Hazardous Materials:  Orders containing products with this designation will be ground shipped due to shipping restrictions and do not qualify for any shipping promotions also eligible at the same time. To take advantage of shipping promotions, you can place orders separately should you find it advantageous to you.
• Large Items: Due to the size and nature (i.e. pre-assembled) of some products we sell, they can only be shipped on pallets and with truck freight and are noted as such on their respective product pages.  These items require special pricing for shipping and orders should be placed by calling us or emailing sales@atoztoolsonline.com to see what the best options available to you are.
