Platinum Testing Solution

When used in combination with a testing stone, Platinum Testing Solution is a simple way to determine if a metal is platinum or not.

To use, scratch a testing stone with the metal being tested so that it leaves a mark and apply a drop of testing solution.  If the scratch made doesn't dissolve, then the metal is platinum.
